Shipping policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times: We offer the following shipping options:

  1. Standard Shipping: Delivery within 2-8 business days, per USPS Media Mail published delivery times

  2. Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days (variable to carrier)

  3. International Shipping: Delivery within 10-15 business days (subject to customs clearance and variable to carrier delivery times)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and shipping method selected. International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

Lost or Delayed Shipments: If your order is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at [support email] with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage or incorrect item, along with your order number, and we will provide instructions for a replacement or refund.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses using standard shipping. Expedited shipping may not be available for these destinations.

International Shipping Restrictions: Certain countries may have restrictions on book imports. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the items purchased comply with their country’s import regulations. Orders seized by customs cannot be refunded.

Changes to Shipping Address: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
